Return Policy and Procedure

All returns or exchanges must be in their UNOPENED ORIGINAL FACTORY ISSUED BOX/PACKAGING.

Mistakes happen, if for any reason we delivered you a wrong item, please make us aware within 7 business days by calling our customer service department during our business hours.

Please be aware that if you notify us after 7 business days have passed then a 10% restocking charge will apply. Unfortunately, after 15 days we will not accept any product back for exchange or refund.

If any item is returned and is deemed to be in good condition and refit for resale as new then we will refund the purchase amount for the item to you. We will refund your account within 5-10 business days of receiving your return shipment back to our facility. The refund will be credited to your account.

We will only accept returns of new and unused products in their original unopened packaging.
